How do you verify my claim? We email the address on your listing's domain, or ask for a file/DNS record on your site. Manual review within 1–2 working days.
Do paid plans improve my rating? No. Plans change tools and visibility only. Ratings come from customers and cannot be bought, edited or deleted.
What counts as an invitation? A rating submitted through your unique invite link or QR code in the current month.
Can I cancel? Plans are annual. You can stop renewing at any time; the plan stays active until the expiry date.
