Ranking is not a paid position. This page explains how we list sites, how entries are ordered, and how merchants can rank higher through genuine reviews.
Rated directly by visitors; merchants cannot edit them
Merchants can use Timway Trust — our third-party testimonial service — to invite customers to leave a review. The more reviews you collect, the better your chance of ranking higher.

Start with 3–6 long-standing customers, then keep adding over time.
Merchants may reply to reviews; a reply does not change the content or rating, but it builds trust.
Restaurant ordering uses internal directory data: completeness of the entry, how recently it was verified, and the neighbourhood rating given directly on this site. Ratings use a 5-star scale (one vote per person, changeable at any time). The score combines star ratings and the star level of written reviews, weighted by the number of ratings, so a single extreme score cannot outweigh overall performance. We do not republish ratings or reviews from other platforms.
Doctor information is compiled from public registers and clinic websites; where a rating is shown, the source is labelled. It is not an endorsement.
Featured or promoted placements are labelled. Payment does not change KOL rankings, which follow publicly displayed subscriber counts.
